Delivery
• We will contact you via phone or whatsapp to make a delivery schedule with you.
• Delivery will be made in 3 business day.
• Free shipping to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories only.
• We are sorry that we do not serve deliveries to Outer islands, Discovery Bay, and remote places that are not reachable via our company truck. If the location is not reachable and refund is needed, there will be a credit card penalty charge from our credit card service provider, so we cannot refund fully, please kindly understand.

Return Policy
• Due to hygiene issues, the product can only be returned due to factory defect. There is not a comfort or sleeping satisfaction guarantee, a product that is not suitable to your comfort (i.e. too soft or too hard) is not a fault. Fossfalkes HK will interchange the same product or product with same or higher value that has been purchased if the original product is not available
• Orders cannot be amended or voided after confirmation and no refund request will be accepted.
• There will be a credit card penalty charge from our credit card service provider, so we cannot refund fully if there are any request of exchange, please kindly understand.
